RETURN POLICY

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods and return the ordered unused and unused goods in intact, original packaging to the following address: Czeladź, ul. Gdańska 13. The shipping costs of the returned goods are borne by the Buyer. The company undertakes to refund the money for the purchased goods. The money will be returned by transfer to the bank account indicated by the Buyer in the return form or to the account number from which the order was paid by the customer. In the case of returning an order in which shipping was free, Perfect Lines Studio has the right to deduct the shipping costs incurred by the seller from the value of the return.

2. Due to health protection and hygiene, the following are not subject to return:

-Tattoo machines

-Needles and cartridges

b. The return of pigments, anesthetics, liquid and cream products is only possible with factory-sealed packaging.

c. Books, magazines, etc. cannot be returned due to the possibility of theft of the content.

d. Due to the lack of possibility of verifying use, the following items are not eligible for return: felt-tip pens, crayons and threads.

3. The store reserves the right to refuse to accept a return if it considers that the product has been used.
